Everything changed when I learned to work with my body instead of against it.
When I started focusing on what I now call the Big Rocks — Fueling. Training. Recovery. Reflection.

Once I understood that what happens on the inside is always reflected on the outside, my wellness journey finally had direction. Through awareness, willingness, focus, practice, progress, and celebration, I built sustainable habits that allowed me to truly live life fueled.
That shift carried me through the corporate world… but it also revealed the gap I couldn’t ignore. I wanted deeper understanding — the steps, the patterns, the “why” behind lasting health — and that path led me to ongoing education and ultimately to becoming a coach.
